Simon is well known as one of South Australia’s best product photographers, renowned for his work with jewellery and glassware. For this shoot he captured an incredible range of new shirts for his clients Chester and Kath from Beakus Twisterus.

The exuberant Chester Osborn is famous in wine and tourism for his D’arenburg Cube at McLaren Vale, and his love of art and culture is well documented. So it’s not surprising to see such an expressive and interesting range of shirts in this, his new project with parter Kath. We loved hosting this shoot, and seeing how Simon used his hand-altered ghost mannequin and handmade collar-holding contraption to meticulously present and capture the shirts in the studio.
