Studio Takeover

This option accommodates for shoots that have the need for extra breakout spaces for things like multi-hair & makeup stations, a reception area for talent to congregate / wait, a private meeting room / production room for clients or producers to work, as well as the kitchen area for catering etc. A Studio Takeover has a larger impact on the studios, with high-impact activities that restrict the resident creatives with their work. We love to accommodate these larger shoots and welcome the takeover – but we do need to know in advance so that we can minimise our impact on your shoot and avoid client meetings of our own.

This option includes a studio host who will open up for you and help you to settle in, as well as make coffee for your talent/crew & clients, and support you with access to the things you need for a smooth and relaxed shoot day. 5 carpark spaces included (see notes about double-parking for resident creatives).

Your hire includes set-up and pack-down/clean up time. Be sure to allow for this when choosing your start and end times. Lighting is not included; bring your own or hire lighting and effects from us. The studio is available to all photographers. If you need assistance to select and set up lighting and backgrounds, add a studio assistant to your booking (2-hr minimum).
